How many times will David Tyree's 2008 Super Bowl catch be shown be shown on TV during the game?
Sportsbook Odds: Over/Under 1

The last time the New York Giants and New England Patriots met in the Super Bowl, David Tyree was the story of game. He made an epic, game-changing catch that not only saved a fourth-quarter drive for the Giants, but led to their win at Super Bowl XLII.

Now that we've got a rematch on our hands, you can rest assured that he'll be a topic of conversation come Super Bowl Sunday.

The odds makers at Bodog Sportsbook have set the lines on an NFL prop asking how many times his 2008 Super Bowl catch will be shown during the 2012 Super Bowl. Considering the total is set at one and factoring how big of a play it was the first time, there could be good value on the OVER as it's likely to be shown at least once.

How many average viewers will the game have?
Sportsbook Odds: Over/Under 117 Million Viewers

As mentioned above, Super Bowl XLVI will be a rematch of Super Bowl XLII, which means we'll see the very same contestants: the Patriots and the Giants. That game was an all-out classic as the Patriots were aiming to complete their perfect season and the Giants thwarted them with a fourth quarter to remember.

The average viewership for that contest was 98.5 million and the odds makers at Bodog Sportsbook have set this year's total at 117 million. While it might seem like a much bigger hurdle to climb, keep in mind that both teams are led by big, brand-name superstars in Tom Brady and Eli Manning, and the revenge plotline is going to be a tasty one. Also, each team represents two of the biggest television markets (by population) with Boston and New York both having plenty of interest.

Don't be surprised if this is one of the most viewed Super Bowls ever.

Who will have more Completions in the game?
Sportsbook Odds: Eli Manning +1, Tom Brady -1

From a technical and fundamental standpoint, the signs point to Brady having the edge in this proposition.

From a fundamental standpoint, the Patriots are a pass-first team and haven't been running the ball very much all season. On the year, they averaged 38.4 pass attempts per game compared to 27.4 rushing attempts per game. The Giants had a similar pass-to-run ratio for most of the season, but their recent hot streak (to end the regular season and in the playoffs) has been fueled by a renewed commitment to running the football.

On the season, Manning had 359 completions while Brady connected on 401 passes – nearly 2.5 more per game. Factor in that the Giants are likely to lean on the run some more, and there's a good chance that Brady covers the one-point spread in this spot.
